With over 38 years in the audio/video industry, Ray Smith brings deep, hands-on experience across sales, installation, retail management, distribution, and manufacturer representation. A lifelong audio enthusiast, Ray has spent most of his career focused on custom installation and integration, where he’s built a reputation as a trusted resource for both support and education.
Ray’s goal has always been to be more than a rep—he’s a partner to his dealers, offering real-world knowledge and a passion for AV that started back in college.
Outside of work, Ray enjoys restoring vintage high-end electronics, building speakers, and expanding his vinyl collection. He’s also into CAD, architectural drawing, woodworking, and spending quality time with his family.
